Tiny restaurant on a one-way short street with difficult access. Yet, it's always full, especially with knowledgeable Vietnamese, as it serves unusual and very good Vit specialities rarely found elsewhere, like bánh canh cua, bánh tôm C Ng, bánh bèo bì, etc. The name of the place means New Saigon, but the walls are adorned with photos of very Old Saigon. I don't think the owners would ever refer to it as HCM City.
